    Screening Criteria

    We are an Equal Housing Opportunity provider. We evaluate every application fairly based on the following standard criteria:

    • Income: Gross monthly income must be at least 3 times the monthly rent. Income must be verifiable.
    • Credit: A positive credit history is required. We evaluate the overall credit profile, not just the score.
    • Rental History: Positive verifiable rental history from unbiased sources. No recent evictions.
    • Background: A criminal background check will be conducted in accordance with local and state laws.

    * Note: If you do not meet one or more of these criteria, you may still be considered with a qualified co-signer or increased deposit, at management's discretion.
